X   I understand each membership fee covers 1 service hookup/building. Additional memberships are required for each additional service, whether residential or commercial, e.g. granny flat, rental, separate commercial buildings, etc.

X I understand TPC will be sending me an invoice for the 2025 membership fee(s) following submission of this form. (2024 fees are waived.)

X   I give permission for TPC to share my information with InterState Propane and vise-versa.
